How many attend the Memphis Bridal Show?
MSWS - Usually we get between 100 and 200 guests that attend each wedding show. As of November 1st 2021, we had over 1,350 brides that registered and attended our shows annually!
How many attend one of your Open House events?
MSWS - Between 50 and 150 guests.
How many vendors do you have at each event?
Any where from 30 to 75, depending on the show and location space available.
Where do you advertise your shows and events?
Over the years, we have utilized Radio, TV, Magazines, the internet and direct mail programs, along with other marketing options.
Where do your Brides and Grooms come from?
MSWS - Our Brides and Grooms come from all over the Mid-South area.
In a recent survey,
68% came from the Memphis Tennessee area
24% come from the North Mississippi area
5% come from Arkansas
The remaining 3% come from other states.
How many shows do you have each year?
MSWS - We have 4 shows a year - Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
Where do you host your shows and events?
MSWS - Over the years, we have hosted our Wedding Shows at The Southaven Expo Center, The Holiday Inn - Airport, The Great Hall in Germantown and presently at the 5th Largest Convention Hotel in the Mid-South - The Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center on Hacks Cross Road. We have Hosted Open Houses at STOP 345, The Double Tree Hotel, The Tunica River Park, Harrah's Convention Center, The Starlight Ballroom, The Vine Ballroom, Woodland Hills, Holiday Inn - and now we are ready to host one at YOUR location!
What is the cost for a spot at one of your events?
MSWS - Depending on the event, location of the show, various promotions and your type of business, prices can range from as little as $200.00 to $1,200.00.
Bridal list after the shows?
MSWS - YES! We collect information from each bride including; Name, Address, Phone, E Mail - wedding date, grooms name and email, along with a list of the top products and services they are looking for - for their wedding. So be sure to use the list after the show - it is worth it's weight in GOLD!
Do you require payment in full up front?
MSWS - We offer a number of payment options, so that you do not have to take out a second mortgage to promote your business.
